The Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs are just over 24 hours away from duking it out in Super Bowl 59. Even though fans know which teams will be competing in New Orleans on Sunday night, each side's official championship game roster has yet to be revealed.
As the showdown with the Chiefs looms, the Eagles announced four major roster moves on Saturday afternoon, giving the fanbase a better idea of who will and won't be playing in the Super Bowl.

Eagles Announce Four Major Roster Moves Before Super Bowl
The Eagles' latest roster moves involve a pair of injured reserve transactions as well as two practice squad call-ups.
Offensive lineman Nick Gates (groin) — who last played on Wild Card Weekend — has been placed on the injured reserve, clearing a roster spot for the Eagles to activate veteran edge rusher Brandon Graham from the IR. The 36-year-old defender hasn't played since he tore his triceps back in Week 12 and will look to make an impact after tallying 15 solo tackles and 3.5 sacks in 11 regular-season games.
Additionally, the Eagles have promoted linebacker Nicholas Morrow and fullback Khari Blasingame from the practice squad.
After being waived by the Buffalo Bills in January, it didn't take Morrow long to return to Philadelphia for his second Eagles stint. The former Greenville Panther has since suited up for the Divisional Round and NFC Championship Game, excelling in a special teams role as he's played to a grade of 72.0 on Pro Football Focus.
Meanwhile, Blasingame has been with the Eagles since December after being waived by the Chicago Bears two months earlier. The ex-Vanderbilt product has been used as a blocker rather than a rusher since joining Philadelphia, playing to 73.0 pass blocking and 65.5 run block grades in five appearances between the playoffs and regular season.
Time will tell if any of Graham, Morrow, or Blasingame can help Philly prevent the Chiefs from making NFL history on Sunday. The Eagles could use all the help they can get considering that they're still the 1.5-point Super Bowl underdogs on FanDuel Sportsbook.
