1. Keeping Nick Sirianni as Head Coach

Nick Sirianni has been a polarizing figure since being hired in 2021. He came off as a little over the top in his opening presser and raised eyebrows when he challenged prospects to Rock, Paper, Scissors to test their competitive nature.

As odd as his approach was, the Eagles have had success with him. They're 35-18 and made it to the Super Bowl following the 2021 season. However, his antics continue to be an issue.

One example was when he was seen taunting the Kansas City Chiefs during the Super Bowl, and it was Jalen Hurts who had to get him to stop. He was also seen in a shouting match with fans following a game against Indianapolis.

Last season, he seemed to truly wear on his players who went from a 10-1 club to an 11-6 franchise that was bounced in Round 1. Sirianni's job security was then called into question but he was able to use the coordinators as sacrificial lambs to get another shot. So far, he seems the same and even came across as defiant when "explaining" the poor call on third-and-three that opened the door for Atlanta.

It's evident the players don't have much respect for Sirianni (and who could blame them), with Jalen Hurts openly saying this is "player-led team" after the loss to Atlanta. He knows that the coach isn't going to be the calm and steady voice to right the ship, which is why Hurts is 2-9 in his last 11 starts. He's not only taking on the role of quarterback but has to make up for Sirianni's deficiency as a leader.

Sirianni shouldn't have been brought back for 2024 and if the Eagles were smart, they would already be considering replacement options.
