The annual Philadelphia tradition of starting to point fingers at head coach Nick Sirianni came early this year. After the Week 2 collapse against the Atlanta Falcons, Sirianni is once again on the hot seat.

Sirianni has been widely criticized for late-game play calling on Monday Night Football. First, he threw the ball to Saquon Barkley on third-and-3, then opted for the field goal instead of trying to get the first down and finish the game early. The Falcons came back and scored immediately without Kirk Cousins feeling any kind of pressure from the Eagles' defense.

This is coming on the heels of a disastrous end to the 2023 season. The Eagles completely collapsed in the second half of the year, which resulted in a loss to Tampa Bay in the Wild Card game.

The Eagles came into the season with a ton of changes. 22 players who started a game for the Eagles departed in the offseason. There are new defensive and offensive coordinators in charge. One thing that remained the same: Nick Sirianni. This brings questions about the culture around the team and the locker room.

Philadelphia can't afford another season with locker room drama or the team giving up on each other. If this persists, there may be a need for a big change on the sidelines. When that happens, these four head coaching candidates are great options to replace Nick Sirianni as the next man in charge in Philadelphia. Let's take a look.
