Eagles Make Big NFC Championship Game Announcement on Monday
By Cem Yolbulan

The Philadelphia Eagles are hosting the Washington Commanders on Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field. A win against their bitter rivals in the NFC Championship game will send the Eagles back to the Super Bowl.
On FanDuel Sportsbook, the Eagles are 5.5-point favorites over the Commanders and the Linc will surely be electric. The team announced that the tickets for the game will go on sale on Tuesday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster, per Eagles insider John Clark.

This will be the third home playoff game for the Eagles this season. The wild-card matchup against the Packers and Sunday's clash against the Rams had the highest prices for the cheapest tickets of any playoff game in the NFL. That should continue to be the case against the Commanders on Sunday.
Unlike the Rams game, severe winter conditions are not expected in the conference championship game. As of now, a high of 40 with no rain or snow is expected in Philadelphia on Sunday. Even though the snow and the low temperatures benefitted the Eagles against the Rams, the fans would prefer to have a milder climate as they watch the Birds in the stands.
If the Eagles defeat the Commanders, they will face the Kansas City Chiefs or the Buffalo Bills in the Super Bowl on February 9 in New Orleans. A potential Chiefs matchup would be the perfect revenge opportunity for the Eagles, who lost 38-35 in Super Bowl LVII.
