2. Rams

In a way, it’s been sort of amazing to take into consideration that Philadelphia hasn’t faced the Los Angeles Rams in the playoffs over the last two seasons since they were both Super Bowl contenders.

Plus, when looking at how things played out during the regular season over the last two seasons between the two teams, the Eagles would have loved the opportunity to face the defending NFC champions in the playoffs.

Does this mean football fans could finally see this take place during the 2019 season?

Plenty could happen from now until January, but when looking at how sharp Los Angeles has looked over the first two weeks, there’s every reason to believe that, like the Eagles, the Rams will be punching their ticket to the playoffs for a third-straight season.

Talent wise, Sean McVay arguably has one of the best overall teams in the NFL, and while these two teams won’t get to face one another this time around during the regular season, maybe football fans will finally get that playoff meeting.

If this does happen, one can only imagine the intensity that would be taking place if the last two years are any indication of what to expect from the two parties.
