8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Jameis Winston has been one of the most frustrating quarterbacks to follow over the years when seeing how the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have yet to reach the playoffs since the former Florida State star came on board.

More from Section 215

Talent wise, most quarterbacks would love to be in the position Winston finds himself in on the Buccaneers’ offense since he has Mike Evans to work with along with a speedy deep threat in DeSean Jackson.

There’s already been plenty of discussion over whether Tampa Bay should part ways for Winston before the 2019 season since one can only give a quarterback so many chances to prove himself before deciding it’s time to move on.

If that happens to be the case, the Buccaneers could quickly swoop in the conversation of potential teams expressing interest in Foles.

As mentioned before, Tampa Bay happens to be one of those teams with enough talent on offense that most quarterbacks would love to be part of.

However, with Bruce Arians already expressing interest in the opportunity to work with Winston, it would be interesting to see if the new Buccaneers head coach would still feel that way if Foles were to become available since this could be viewed as an upgrade.
