9. Tennessee Titans

Are the Tennessee Titans a great football team? No.

Good, sure, but great would be pushing it. However, once in a while, everything just starts to click, and a good team starts to catch some breaks and pulls off some solid wins while punching above their weight.

Last season, that team was the Philadelphia Eagles, but this season, it looks like the Tennessee Titans have fully taken over that underdog mantle.

While it was impressive to watch the team pull off a Monday night win over the Dallas Cowboys one week prior, the Titans officially announced that they are back with a dominant win over the New England Patriots by a score of 34-10.

Now granted, it’s not like they marched into Gillette and punched Tom Brady in the mouth, but still, Marcus Mariota and his crew showed off a killer instinct and fearlessness under the watchful eye of a rookie head coach, and that is pretty impressive, to say the least.

After watching the Jaguars broke their playoff drought last season, it looks like Tennessee could be the next AFC South team to see their ‘losing’ streak come to an end.

This team is good, tight, and fun to watch, and if you’re a forlorn Philly fan disappointed with your team’s current output, maybe tune in to Tennessee to see Chip Kelly’s former protégé light it up in the Music City and reminisce about what could have been.
