4. Larry Fitzgerald

Originally, the plan for the Arizona Cardinals seemed to be that Sam Bradford would put them in the best position possible to help them put an end to their two-year playoff drought since it was frustrating to see them fall short with all of the talent on both sides of the football. Instead, the decision to sign Bradford will be viewed as one of the biggest busts from 2018 since the team has already been rolling with Josh Rosen instead.

With two wins to their name heading into November, all eyes will be on the Cardinals from now until Tuesday afternoon to see if the team pulls off any big trades to clean house, whether it involves Patrick Peterson or Larry Fitzgerald. While Peterson’s name has been quite the popular trade topic in recent weeks since the cornerback would bring high value, Fitzgerald is in a different kind of situation near the end of his career.

If Arizona were to part ways with Fitzgerald, the decision would most likely be influenced by the fact that he deserves to play on a team with a legitimate shot at winning the Super Bowl since the Cardinals are clearly going through rebuilding mode. Throughout his career, Fitzgerald has a history of torching the Eagles, so at least if he were to join the defending champions, this would be one positive way to view the scenario.
