6. Cincinnati Bengals

Remember how exciting it was to see the Cincinnati Bengals pull off the last-second win on the road in Week 4 against the Atlanta Falcons thanks to a game-winning touchdown catch by A.J. Green? Well, as crazy as it is to believe, the Bengals found a way to top that excitement when looking at their come from behind win on Sunday over the Miami Dolphins when all hope seemed lost in the second half.

Cincinnati appeared to be in deep trouble in the middle of the third quarter, but thanks to two defensive scores along with 27 unanswered points, Marvin Lewis and company were able to escape with the 27-17 win. At 4-1, the Bengals have quietly emerged as one of the top contenders in the AFC with no signs of slowing down anytime soon, which would be amazing after all of the disappointing moments from the previous two seasons.

While Andy Dalton and Green have managed to become a consistent duo each week, Joe Mixon turned out to be the difference maker for Cincinnati in this one after returning from injury to rush for 93 yards, and even hauled in a key touchdown catch during the comeback. The AFC North appears to be wide open at the moment, but it’s tough not to view the Bengals as the early favorites in the division compared to the rest of their rivals.
