It's 43 degrees today in Philadelphia. The skies are partly cloudy, there's a zero percent chance of rain, and a 100 percent chance this Eagles post will make you smile.

The newest Eagles linebacker Shaquille Leonard has shown up for his first day of work wearing the biggest smile on earth. After being released by the Indianapolis Colts, Leonard was looking for a contender to join to help them win a championship. Ironically enough, it came down to the Birds and the Dallas Cowboys. We're certainly smiling about his decision, too.

Shaquille Leonard Looks to Improve the Defense and Lead Eagles to Title

The Eagles are not in a "must win" situation on Sunday, but it sure does feel like it. Heading to Dallas to play the Cowboys is not going to be an easy task. The Boys are feeling themselves after winning their last five games, but the Birds are very much looking to put a stop to that.

The Eagles defense was exposed this past Sunday against a San Francisco 49ers' offense that is clicking on all cylinders. There is no doubt there is film to watch and adjustments to be made after their performance on Sunday left some in tears and others pointing fingers.

The team is going to have to put together an upgraded game plan and maximum effort if they plan to turn it around Sunday. This game may go a long way in determining who wins the NFC East and potentially the top seed in the conference.

Despite the result the first time these two met this season, oddsmakers have the Cowboys as pretty significant favorites for Sunday Night Football:
