Jason Kelce Teaming Up With Brother Travis on New Venture
By Jovan Alford
Former Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman and future Hall of Famer Jason Kelce might be done playing football, but retirement hasn’t stopped him from staying busy off the field.
Kelce will be on television a lot this season after inking a deal with ESPN and still has a great podcast with his brother Travis. However, the dynamic duo is now taking on a new venture that should be highly successful.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported earlier this week that Jason and Travis have become the largest investors in Garage Beer, which is a fast-growing light beer. Garage Beer is based in Ohio, where the Kelces are from and it's sold in several states across the United States.
If the Kelce brothers' podcast success is any indication of what’s to come, then we shouldn’t be surprised if Garage Beer takes off. Jason and Travis have done a tremendous job of marketing themselves while playing football with the podcast.
With Jason stepping into a new career, it will be cool to see how the brothers accomplish this new venture. However, one thing we do know is Jason will likely bring the same intensity to this project as he did with his illustrious football career.
Jason played for the Philadelphia Eagles for 13 seasons after being drafted in the sixth round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He'll be a future Hall-of-Famer, as Jason was a six-time First-Team All-Pro selection and a seven-time Pro Bowl selection.
It's not a surprise that he's winning off the field as well.
