Despite an underwhelming performance on the field that drew plenty of criticism so far, the Philadelphia Eagles are 2-1 to start the season. They also have a relatively easy for the next couple of weeks that could help them build momentum and get on a winning streak.

Like many teams around the NFL, the Philadelphia Eagles have been dealing with some injuries. AJ Brown missed the last two games and DeVonta Smith exited the Week 3 game early with a concussion.

Another surprise injury was revealed on Wednesday when offensive lineman Mekhi Becton said that he tore a ligament on his left ring finger against the Saints. Fortunately for the Eagles, he will play through it with a wrap to keep it in place.

Eagles News: Mekhi Becton Will Play Through Injury in Week 4

Becton has been starting at right guard for the Eagles through three weeks. Even though it sounds like he will suit up against the Buccaneers on Sunday, he is not the only offensive lineman whose status is up in the air. Right tackle Lane Johnson didn't participate in the latest practice while left guard Landon Dickerson was limited on Wednesday.

The Eagles have shown an ability to grind out wins even when they are short-handed. The playcalling and execution obviously have to be better but the team's effort level has been nothing short of outstanding. Becton playing through the pain is the latest example of that.

Despite the injury concerns and being on the road, the Eagles are 1.5-point favorites against Tampa Bay on FanDuel Sportsbook.
