The NFL Draft will finally take place this week, putting months of speculation involving the Philadelphia Eagles to rest.

While most of the league is focused on the new blood coming in, there's still many veterans looking for jobs -- including several ex-Eagles.

With that in mind, here are seven players with Philly ties still unsigned heading into the draft.

1. Boston Scott

The Eagles' backfield has experienced seismic changes following the 2023 campaign. Not only did the team allow leading rusher D'Andre Swift to walk after a career year, but they replaced with him a true top talent at the position in Saquon Barkley.

With Barkley and Kenneth Gainwell in tow, plus future signings Tyrion Davis-Price, Philadelphia appears set at the position. That's left longtime veteran Boston Scott out in the cold on the open market.

Scott's role in the backfield took a big step back this season, as the former sixth-round pick logged just 20 carries and 86 yards on the ground while his playing time on special teams (46% of snaps played) doubled from the previous year.

Given the league's new kickoff rules, Scott could still have value, but it's clear he's a limited player with his rushing production falling off of a cliff.
