To no one's surprise, the Philadelphia 76ers just re-signed Kyle Lowry to a one-year deal. The 38-year-old hometown hero will stay on with the Sixers in a rotation role to help them win a title.

Lowry coming back rounds out the roster for the Sixers and makes them a more balanced team. As things stand now, the rotation consists of Tyrese Maxey, Kelly Oubre, Paul George, Caleb Martin, Joel Embiid, Kyle Lowry, Eric Gordon, Jared McCain, and Andre Drummond. That is an excellent group but GM Daryl Morey still has some work to do. The Sixers have multiple roster spots still available and the options in the free-agent market are dwindling.

As good as this Sixers roster is, it is an aging group with some injury concerns. George, Gordon, and Lowry are all in their mid-30s while Embiid will likely miss games again. Therefore the Sixers need to add more quality and depth, especially on the younger side. Let's take a look at the best options still available on the market.

Lonnie Walker IV

Signing unrestricted free agent Lonnie Walker would give Philadelphia another option at shooting guard. He is athletic, can run the floor, and makes three-pointers at a solid clip. In the 2023-24 season with the Brooklyn Nets, the 25-year-old averaged 9.7 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.3 assists while hitting 1.8 threes per game with 38.4% accuracy.

Walker should be acquirable on a veteran minimum or a slightly above minimum deal. He would inject the Sixers with more youth, athleticism, and dynamism. He is worth considering with one of the last roster spots.
