The Philadelphia Eagles have a loaded roster after general manager Howie Roseman made sure to take big swings to improve the roster this offseason.

Philly was able to add playmakers like Saquon Barkley, Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, Bryce Huff, Quinyon Mitchell, and Cooper DeJean to name a few. These players now join stars like Jalen Hurts, A.J. Brown, and Darius Slay.

This group is ready to roll in 2024 but is taking a mini break before they go full throttle in training camp in July. They just wrapped up mandatory minicamp on June 6 and some players raised their stock. While some others are fighting for their roster spots.

Below we'll discuss three players who are on the bubble for the Eagles.

1. Albert Okwuegbunam, TE

The Eagles signed tight end Albert Okwuegbunam to a one-year deal extension in February but that was a bit surprising then. He only played in four games last season but he finished with zero receptions on one target.

Now during minicamp, he was being outplayed by both Grant Calcaterra and E.J. Jenkins. Both of these guys were making plays throughout practice, showcasing their ability to be capable weapons. Meanwhile, Okwuegbunam looked like an afterthought.

The Eagles' tight-end room is a bit crowded. They have Dallas Goedert, CJ. Uzomah, McCallan Castles, Calcaterra, and Jenkins on the roster going into training camp.

The way things have looked out there on the field, Okwuegbunam's time with the Eagles could be coming to an end.
