The Philadelphia Eagles are headed to Super Bowl LIX to play against the Kansas City Chiefs in New Orleans. In the NFC Championship Game, the Eagles torched the Washington Commanders 55-23.

This is the Eagles' third Super Bowl appearance over the past seven years. They are seeking to get revenge against the Chiefs, who beat Philadelphia 38-35 in Super Bowl LVII.

The Eagles made some changes last offseason, with two big changes coming at coordinators. Last February, Philadelphia hired Kellen Moore to be the offensive coordinator. After just one season with the Birds, he's landing head coaching interviews.

One possible destination is with the New Orleans Saints, and their pursuit of Moore took a massive step forward. On Sunday evening, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that the Saints will fly into Philly to hold an in-person interview with Moore.

Eagles News: Kellen Moore Gets Second Interview With Saints

The Saints have conducted in-person interviews with Mike Kafka, Anthony Weaver, and Darren Rizzi. Moore joins the list and has a good shot of landing the gig.

He's been the offensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Chargers before landing with the Eagles. This season under Moore, the offense has been extremely productive.

During the regular season, the Eagles were eighth in the league in total offense (367.2), second in rushing offense (179.3), and seventh in scoring offense (27.2). They continued their success in the postseason, averaging 227.7 rushing yards per game with 35 points per game.

The Saints are the only team remaining in the league without a head coach. They are seeking to land their new lead guy, and Moore is someone who's high on their list. The 36-year-old was also a candidate for the Cowboys head coach job but they went in a different direction.

That might not be the case this time around. New Orleans seems to be making Moore a priority in their search and there's a possibility Moore won't be around in 2025.
