Training camp is set to begin all across the league as teams gear up for the 2025 season. The Philadelphia Eagles will be No. 1 on every team's list as they defend their Super Bowl title.

The Eagles are set at quarterback with Jalen Hurts and have Tanner McKee as the backup. Philadelphia drafted Kyle McCord in the sixth round this past April. Dorian Thompson-Robinson was also acquired this March in a deal that sent Kenny Pickett to the Cleveland Browns.

In other words, Philadelphia's QB room is crowded, and the Eagles could have an option to move Thompson-Robinson after the latest injury.

Eagles Have a Chance to Trade Dorian Thompson-Robinson After Titans QB Will Levis' Injury News

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis is set to have season-ending shoulder surgery. He suffered the injury early last year and re-aggravated it later in the year, and couldn't shake it off.

With Cam Ward, the 2025 No. 1 overall pick, slated to start, the Eagles could trade Thompson-Robinson to compete to be the QB2 behind Ward.

Thompson-Robinson was selected in the fifth round of the 2023 draft by Cleveland. In 15 games (five starts) for the Browns, the UCLA product played to a 1-4 record while going 121-of-230 (52.6%) for 880 passing yards, one touchdown, and 10 interceptions.

Things haven't been able to click in the pros, but the 25-year-old played great ball at a Bruin. He finished his collegiate career leading the university in total offense (12,536), completions (860), total touchdowns (116), touchdown passes (88), and passing yards (10,710).

The competition behind Ward isn't stiff in Tennessee. They have Brandon Allen and Tim Boyle signed, with neither player being a good NFL pro. Over five years between the Denver Broncos, Cincinnati Bengals, and San Francisco 49ers, Allen was 2-8 as a starter, completing 56.7% of his passes for 1,810 yards, 11 passing touchdowns, and eight INTs.

Boyle put up even worse stats, going 0-5 as a starter with the Detroit Lions and New York Jets. He went 141-of-233 (60.5%) for 1,210 yards, five passing scores, and 13 interceptions.

The competition is wide open in Tennessee behind the Ward, and the Eagles could find a way to get some value for a player who likely won't play a role for them anyway in 2025.
