The Philadelphia Eagles sit atop the totem pole in the NFL after comfortably beating the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 59 to claim the franchise's second Vince Lombardi Trophy since 2018.

One of the primary reasons the Eagles have achieved such success in recent years is how the organization is run, from top to bottom. While it shouldn't be surprising for team culture to be such a strong thing in a place known as the "City of Brotherly Love," one newcomer to Philadelphia's roster put a spotlight on that area alone during a recent interview with ESPN.

Eagles Newcomer Kendall Lamm Blasts Dolphins After Minicamp with Philly

Veteran offensive tackle Kendall Lamm joined the Eagles this offseason as a free agent, signing a one-year deal with the franchise in late March. After beginning his career by bouncing around the NFL with destinations like Cleveland, Nashville, Houston, and Miami, Lamm has seen his fair share of bad football and disastrous locker room situations.

That has all changed now that he is in Philadelphia and has gotten a glimpse of what a real minicamp should look like as he and the Eagles look to repeat as league champions. During a recent interview with ESPN, Lamm called out the Miami Dolphins for not conducting themselves as professionally as they should.

“I understand why the Eagles reached two Super Bowls in three years: players are never late, never toxic, and after every practice, the room spends 15 minutes sharing personal struggles to stay mentally sharp – something I never got with the Dolphins,” Lamm said.

As important as the physical side of the game is, especially down in the trenches where Lamm makes his living, the mental side of things is just as, if not more, responsible for the team's output on the field every Sunday in the fall.

With the vibes riding high in Philadelphia following minicamp, it could be another special season for the Eagles.
