The 2025 NFL draft is almost here, and a handful of Philadelphia Eagles free agents are still without jobs.
Although standout names like Milton Williams, Josh Sweat, and Darius Slay have already landed fresh starts, that hasn't been the case for everyone who played for the defending Super Bowl Champions last season. Certain ex-Eagles just aren't receiving much attention at this stage of the offseason, including cornerback James Bradberry.
At least, that appeared to be the case for the former Philadelphia defender until Wednesday.
Former Eagles CB James Bradberry Lands Offseason Visit With Bills
ESPN insider Jeremy Fowler is reporting that Bradberry will be meeting with the Buffalo Bills on Wednesday. A connection to the AFC contender's front office and coaching staff is likely playing a big role in the upcoming visit.
"Bradberry has ties to Buffalo GM Brandon Beane and HC Sean McDermott, who were with Carolina when the Panthers drafted him in 2016." Fowler wrote.

Bradberry has ties to Buffalo GM Brandon Beane and HC Sean McDermott, who were with Carolina when the Panthers drafted him in 2016.
Bradberry, 31, was drafted 62nd overall by the Panthers in 2016 — Bean and McDermott's final season with the organization. The general manager-head coach duo left to join the Bills in 2017 and have been in Buffalo ever since.
As for Bradberry, he spent four seasons with the Panthers before joining the New York Giants on a three-year, $43.5 million contract ahead of the 2020 season. He only spent two seasons with the Giants before being released, allowing him to sign a one-year deal with the Eagles in 2022.
Bradberry's Eagles tenure started well, culminating in All-Pro second-team honors during his first year, which led to a $38 million extension signed in the following offseason.
Unfortunately, he hasn't had much of a chance to live up to his new contract. He tore his Achilles last summer, keeping him out of the entire 2024 regular season and the Eagles' Super Bowl run. He was then released from his contract shortly before the 2025 free agency began.
If he successfully signs with the Bills, it'll be interesting to see if reuniting with Beane and McDermott helps Bradberry get back on track. Buffalo finished 2024 with Pro Football Focus' second-worst coverage grade (37.7) and hasn't done much since to improve the situation outside of signing defensive backs Dane Jackson and Darrick Forrest.
A potential Buffalo signing would also guarantee a reunion with Philadelphia next season. The Bills are already confirmed to be one of the Eagles' 2025 opponents, leaving it up to the NFL to reveal when the Highmark Stadium showdown will happen.
In the meantime, the Eagles will continue the NFL offseason with FanDuel Sportsbook's best Super Bowl 60 odds (+600), while Bradberry tries to convince the Bills (+750, 3rd) to sign him.
