The Philadelphia Eagles have begun preparation for Super Bowl LIX against the Kansas City Chiefs on Feb. 9.

The Eagles are seeking to get revenge on the Chiefs for their Super Bowl LVII victory. Thankfully, Philadelphia is relatively healthy going into this game but things took another turn on Thursday.

According to John Clark, the Eagles have opened the practice window for Brandon Graham.

Eagles News: Philadelphia Opened Up Brandon Graham Practice Window

Back in Week 12 against the Los Angeles Rams, Graham tore his triceps and was believed to be done for the rest of the year. Following the win over the Commanders in the NFC Championship Game, speculation on whether Graham would return started creeping up.

In an appearance on the 94WIP radio show on Monday, Graham said he's taking things "one day at a time" and didn't rule out getting activated off injured reserve.

Graham said he would retire at the end of this season. The fact that the Eagles are playing in the Super Bowl makes Graham want to make a return to the field that much more.

In 11 games for the Eagles this season, the 36-year-old had 20 total tackles, 3.5 sacks, and one forced fumble.

Many Eagles fans remember when Graham stripped Tom Brady in Super Bowl LII to help secure their first-ever title.

Even if Graham does return to action, he likely won't play much. His presence on the field would give his team a jolt of energy, seeing a guy back on the field after suffering a torn triceps.

This postseason, Nolan Smith (4 sacks) and Jalen Carter (2 sacks) have led the way for the Eagles pass-rush. This team has supplied 10 sacks in the playoffs and seeks to generate constant pressure against the Chiefs.

The potential of Graham returning to the field is huge news with the Super Bowl 10 days away.
