The torment is finally over. After weeks of deliberation and disappointment, the Philadelphia Eagles have finally found a new offensive coordinator. Former Green Bay Packers quarterbacks coach Sean Mannion will now call the shots for head coach Nick Sirianni's team.

Mannion's inexperience in calling plays might raise some doubts. That said, his meteoric rise in the coaching ranks isn't accidental. He's highly regarded and respected, and he's built some strong relationships in Green Bay during his journey.

As such, it wouldn't be far-fetched to think that he could poach several Packers away from Lambeau Field in the offseason, including these three players.

3 Packers Players Who Could Follow Sean Mannion to Philadelphia

1. Elgton Jenkins (OL)

Although he's still under contract, offensive lineman Elgton Jenkins is an obvious cut candidate for the Packers this offseason. Green Bay can save over $19.5 million by releasing or trading him this offseason, per Spotrac, and with how much its offensive line needs work, it seems like a split is only a matter of time away.

The Eagles' once-dominant offensive line wasn't as stout last season. Jenkins wasn't as great at center as he was as an All-Pro left guard. Still, he would give this team positional versatility in the trenches. He could put some pressure on Cam Jurgens, who failed to fill Jason Kelce's massive shoes. It also helps that Jenkins has only allowed three sacks on 1,479 pass-block downs since the start of 2023, per Pro Football Focus.

If the Eagles want the Jalen Hurts-led offense to thrive, keeping tabs on Jenkins is a must.

2. Emanuel Wilson (RB)

The Eagles' running game also regressed under Kevin Patullo. Hurts was the team's second-leading rusher (421 yards), and only Saquon Barkley topped the 500-yard mark. The revolving door of Tank Bigsby, A.J. Dillon, and Will Shipley didn't provide much of a punch behind the reigning Offensive Player of the Year.

Emanuel Wilson is crafty and shifty, and he's been quite productive in a secondary role. He fell four rushing yards short of his second consecutive 500-yard season, and he has eight total touchdowns in the past two seasons (seven rushing). He's also a factor in the passing game and the two-minute offense, hauling in 26 receptions on targets for 147 yards and one score in the last two years.

Wilson will be a restricted free agent in March, but the Packers have tendered his qualifying offer, meaning he could still become an unrestricted FA. If that's the case, Mannion might be wise to do what he can to convince Wilson to take on the role of Barkley's backup next season.

3. Romeo Doubs (WR)

Adding Romeo Doubs would take this offense to the next level. A.J. Brown could be on his way out, and while DeVonta Smith has WR1 potential, the options beyond the pair are nearly non-existent.

Meanwhile, Doubs has also made huge strides as a playmaking, big-play threat in Green Bay. He's left his drops woes behind him, and he's ready to embrace a bigger role.

Despite sharing the field with the Packers' plethora of pass-catchers, Doubs still finished the season with 55 catches on 85 targets for 724 yards and six touchdowns. Given the jam-packed WR room in Green Bay, there's a good chance to believe that the 25-year-old playmaker is on his way out of Titletown.

Joining another NFC Super Bowl contender would probably be the best way for Doubs to stick it to the Packers, especially if he's confident that he can take his game to the next level with Hurts & Co.
