There’s five main moves the Philadelphia Eagles can make with pick #6.

For the first time in a few years, the Philadelphia Eagles are going to have the unique opportunity of selecting towards the top of the NFL Draft. A top-ten pick can completely change the outlook of a franchise, which is depstartely needed in Philly considering just how grim things looked during the 2020 season.

With that said, there’s never one “clear” answer when it comes to a high-value draft pick. Some people think wide receiver is a necessity, others say corner, a few vouch for linebacker, and a handful of mocks even have the Eagles moving up for a quarterback.

Here’s an in-depth look at five moves that Howie Roseman and company could make come draft night:

Taking a wide receiver.

This is an obvious one.

According to @PFF_Eagles, the Philadelphia Eagles had the worst performing wide receiver core in the NFL this year. If you watched more than two games this past season – that should come as no surprise. Philly’s current wide receivers are really bad, and the opportunity to add a true WR1 in this year’s draft shouldn’t be understated.

Whether it’s DeVonta Smith or Ja’Marr Chase (I personally like Chase a little more), both wideouts would completely rejuvenate the Eagles passing attack. For a team that’s really struggled to keep up with the evolving “pass heavy” NFL, the move to take one of these studs would be an absolute home run decision.

An elite WR doesn’t fix all of the Eagles’ problems, but it definitely helps!
