The Philadelphia Eagles will take on the Dallas Cowboys today.
After a long ten days of waiting, it is finally time for “Dallas week” to reach its climax. With first place in the NFC East up for grabs, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys will square off on Sunday Night Football.
With Dallas now down to their third string quarterback, the Eagles are being pretty universally favored in this one. Throw in the fact that guys like Jalen Reagor and Dallas Goedert are cleared for their returns, and things are trending up for Philly.
Both the bye week and the trade deadline are up next in the schedule, so this is unquestionably a big game for the Philadelphia Eagles. The entire season could be on the line.

With all that in mind, here are three predictions for the primetime matchup:
It will be a close game.
I threw out the score prediction of 24-20 on Twitter, and I feel pretty comfortable sticking with that. Sure the Cowboys are all sorts of banged up and have looked absolutely horrible as of late, but like, so have the Eagles.
Eagles win 24-20 tomorrow.

Even with reinforcements finally arriving, the Philadelphia Eagles still employ a fairly weak offensive line, their pass-catching weapons rank towards the bottom of the league, their linebacker group does rank at the bottom of the league, and their corners are severely overmatched this weekend.
Even with seventh-round pick Ben DiNucci set to start the evening under center, I’d expect the Cowboys to get some cheap TDs on occasion via Michael Gallup or CeeDee Lamb burning their respective matchups.
I still feel confident Philly pulls out the win, but I don’t envision this turning into one giant happy blowout.
