Brandon Graham reaches a big milestone

Brandon Graham‘s career with the Philadelphia Eagles has been one of great trajectory. Starting off slow, trying to get his footing in the league, to eventually becoming a great player in the NFL.

He will forever be remembered in Philadelphia Eagles history for strip-sacking Tom Brady in Super Bowl 52, making one of the biggest plays in franchise history.

There is one feat that Graham has yet to accomplish, however. Entering his 11th year in the NFL, all with the Eagles, Graham has yet to record 10 sacks in a season. He is fifth all time in team history with 51 career sacks, but the most sacks he’s had in a season is 9.5 in 2017.

2020 is the year Graham breaks that 10 sack mark for the Philadelphia Eagles. With the addition of Javon Hargrave to the defensive line and bringing back a healthy Malik Jackson, already to go along with Fletcher Cox, Graham should have a clear lane to get to the quarterback.

Graham is coming off of a year where he had 8.5 sacks on a defensive line that was beaten up with injuries last season, mainly to the defensive tackles, with Jackson missing all but Week 1 and Cox coming into the year off of an injury. With a fully healthy group, Graham will benefit greatly and see his numbers go up. He may be heading into Year 11, but his motor is still high and wants to shine on this defensive line.
