Round 6: Nebraska WR Stanley Morgan

Speaking of the possibility of Philadelphia using multiple draft picks on the same position, the Eagles selecting two wide receivers doesn’t sound like the worst idea in the world since they could certainly use some depth.

While Wallace is most likely on his way out, there’s always the risk of Tate being too expensive to keep around for a veteran his age, meaning the thought of going younger in the upcoming draft could be the best option.

If Stanley Morgan Jr.‘s final two seasons at Nebraska indicate what kind of potential the wideout has at the NFL level, there will be plenty of teams expressing interest on the final day of the draft, that is unless his stock ends up on the rise over the next few months.

Morgan displays plenty of amazing traits each time he’s on the football field to make him an attractive NFL option, but it’s tough to deny the praise he’s seen for his route-running ability.

Any player who will help make life easier for Wentz under center will be welcomed with open arms in Philadelphia, and Morgan seems like he could give a few Eagles receivers a run for their money at the moment if given the opportunity to compete for a roster spot.
