4. Steelers

No words can explain exactly what was going on in the first half for the Pittsburgh Steelers on the road when facing the Jacksonville Jaguars, but the important factor is they managed to pull off the epic comeback win when it mattered the most. Heading into Sunday’s game, the Steelers were considered one of the hottest teams in the AFC at the moment, and with the team in great position to potentially earn a first-round by, a loss on the road to the struggling Jaguars would have been devastating.

Despite finishing the day with three interceptions, Ben Roethlisberger continues to show he’s one of the toughest quarterbacks in the NFL when seeing how much he stepped up when it mattered the most for Pittsburgh. Whether it was finding Antonio Brown for a 78-yard touchdown or simply plowing in for the go-ahead touchdown in the final seconds of the game, Big Ben continues to play a major role in the Steelers winning six games in a row.

Even more exciting, with the Baltimore Ravens knocking off the Cincinnati Bengals resulting in both teams sitting at .500, it seems like only a matter of time before Pittsburgh wraps up another AFC North title. But before jumping that far ahead, the focus for the Steelers this week will be the Denver Broncos, and making sure the team jumps out to a much better start to avoid what happened in the first half in Jacksonville.
