24. Jacksonville Jaguars

What a disaster this year has become for the Jacksonville Jaguars when looking at how this team seemed like a strong contender in the AFC early on after a hot start only to a team that has seen Doug Marrone find his name on the hot seat in recent weeks. Defense was one of the main reasons why the Jaguars were able to earn a trip to the AFC Championship last season, but the unit has taken a major step back over their last couple of games, and only time will tell when it comes to whether they will be able to turn things around before it’s too late.

Sure, the argument can be made that Jacksonville still has plenty of time to get back on the winning track, but also let’s not forget about the struggles this team has been dealing with on offense as well. Blake Bortles knew he was going to be facing plenty of challenges heading into 2018 when looking at the younger group of receivers he would be working with, and it’s been frustrating to see all of the inconsistency surrounding the group for the most part.

With upcoming games against the Indianapolis Colts and Pittsburgh Steelers, the next two weeks will be major tests for the Jaguars. If their losing ways continue, Jacksonville’s season could be over before they know it since the team keeps digging themselves a deeper hole in the AFC South standings.
