1. DeSean Jackson

Back in 2017, there was some chatter over the possibility of DeSean Jackson potentially returning to the Eagles as a free agent before the speedster made the decision to sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. At the time of his decision, the Buccaneers were coming off a 2016 campaign in which they fell just shy of reaching the playoffs, and seemed to have all sorts of potential with an offense on the rise.

Jameis Winston having a reliable target in Mike Evans to work with already gave Tampa Bay a major advantage, but the addition of Jackson as a reliable deep threat was supposed to take the unit to a whole new level. And while there have been times in which the Buccaneers seemed to live up to the hype, Jackson’s time in Tampa has basically been frustrating for the most part since the team continues to fail to live up to expectations.

Even last week, reports emerged over how Jackson had requested a trade from the Buccaneers, which they reportedly refuses to do. However, if a team like Philadelphia were to make Tampa Bay an interesting offer that would get the wideout off their hands along with save a little bit of extra money in the process, chances are the team would re-consider the possibility.
