28. New York Giants

Weren’t the New York Giants supposed to be one of the teams that turned things around in 2018 after finishing off as one of the biggest disappointments a year ago? Between Odell Beckham Jr. getting healthy along with the addition of Saquon Barkley in the backfield, the Giants seemed to have all sorts of potential heading into the new season.

Turns out, New York may not be all that great of a football team after all since this team just can’t seem to figure out a way to be consistent, especially on the offensive side of the football. Most quarterbacks would love to be in the position that Eli Manning finds himself in with some great talent to work with in Beckham and Barkley, but it’s been tough for the unit to get the ball rolling.

The fact that New York only managed to put up 18 points against a New Orleans’ defense that had been previously struggling for the most part shows what kind of month September had been for this team. Then again, the crazy thing to consider in the NFC East is when looking at the three other teams, the Giants still have plenty of time to turn things around, so don’t rule them out just yet.
