46. One of the late climbers for this year’s class ends up on a team that has all sorts of issues to figure out. It’s remarkable what a player like Andrew Luck can do as far as masking problems that ultimately catch up with a team. The Colts have seen their playoff runs end in embarrassing fashion in recent years, mostly due to the inability of their defense to ‘stop the bleeding’. Luck’s turnovers have been part of the problem, but often times it seems like the quarterback is trying to do everything on his own. Though it’s easier said than done to build a defense capable of holding up its end of the bargain, every year that Andrew Luck finishes without hoisting the Lombardi trophy is one less year he has to do so. While Landon Collins may be the most talented player who happens to play the safety position, Randall is considered by some to be the best pure safety in the class. Mike Adams and Dwight Lowery are nice players, but Randall could be a game changer. Chuck Pagano saw first hand, both at Baltimore and the University of Miami, what having a playmaker on the back-end can do for a defense.. Safety. Arizona State. Damarious Randall. 29. player
