After an outstanding regular season by the Philadelphia Eagles, the 2024 NFC East champs ended the year on top, taking down the back-to-back champion Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl.

Despite the raucous celebration to come, the Eagles must immediately pivot into offseason mode now, especially since most of the league has been off for close to a month already.

Some Philadelphia players won’t be back due to poor play, while others won’t return because of how much they could command on the open market. Below, we’ll highlight at least 10 Eagles whose time will end after the Super Bowl.

1. Brandon Graham

After last year’s playoff disaster against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Eagles veteran defensive end Brandon Graham hinted that the 2024 season would be his last in the NFL.

The 36-year-old Graham turned back the clock in Vic Fangio’s scheme this season, recording 20 combined tackles, seven quarterback hits, six tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks. He also had 11 quarterback hits in 12 games. Last season, Graham had 11 quarterbacks in 17 games.

Graham suffered a torn triceps injury in Philadelphia’s Week 12 win over the Los Angeles Rams, effectively ending his 2024 season and maybe his Eagles’ career, though he was able to return for the Super Bowl win.

The veteran defender felt that this team was on the verge of doing something special and wanted to play a part in that. He's now done just that, so he can ride off into the sunset.

For a first-round pick that Eagles fans didn’t love when he was drafted, Graham became a fan favorite for his personality and play on the field. Fans will always remember his strip sack on Tom Brady in Super Bowl 52, which helped the Eagles win the championship.

While it would be bittersweet to see another Eagles legend hang up the cleats for the second consecutive year (Jason Kelce and Fletcher Cox), Philadelphia must prepare for that possibility. The veteran defender is scheduled to become a free agent. He’s unlikely to play elsewhere.
