Stud 2: Dallas Goedert

Good news, Philadelphia: Dallas Goedert is officially back.

Goedert was the Eagles pass-catcher most affected by Hurts' passing struggles in the early going of the season. Entering Week 4, the talented tight end had recorded just 13 receptions for 88 yards.

Well, he broke out in a huge way Sunday afternoon. The former second-round pick hauled in eight of nine targets for 117 yards and one touchdown against the Rams. That included a massive first drive from the TE, as he notched four catches for 45 yards and a score to get Philadelphia going.

He was far from done making plays then, though. Goedert broke away in the third quarter for a huge 49-yard pickup that put the Eagles on LA's own 31. An INT ended that drive, otherwise the tight end would've been responsible for helping put even more points on the board.

It is great to see Goedert finally have a game like this. Everyone knows this is what he's capable of on a weekly basis, but he simply hadn't had the chance to impress in 2023.

After more than doubling his season-long yards total in just one contest, this should give the TE plenty of positive momentum moving forward. With Goedert and Hurts on the same page again, the rest of the league should be terrified.
