Let's not look back on the Eagles' season. What has happened has happened. The key now is what happens moving forward.

Do the Eagles bounce back, with Nick Sirianni proving his worth and guiding the franchise back to its rightful status as a contender in the NFC? Or does this become the tipping point leading to a disastrous season and another rebuild?

We still have almost a year before that's decided on the field, but how the Eagles handle the offseason will play a massive role in which of those two directions things go.

With some key players becoming free agents in March, here are the seven most important upcoming free agents the Eagles must re-sign this offseason.

7. Olamide Zaccheaus

I decided to make this list seven players because Olamide Zaccheaus is the perfect boundary between guys who are important enough to rank, and those who are all kind of in the same group of "not all that important."

Zaccheaus is right on the fence here.

His role in the Eagles' offense was certainly an important one in his first season with the team. He played 41% of the available offensive snaps in 2023, which made him the only wide receiver not name DeVonta or AJ to eclipse even 27%.

But at the same time, he only accounted for 3.8% of the team's targets in the passing game, and you probably don't want him to be important moving forward. If Zaccheaus does indeed prove important this offseason, that would be an indicator that Philly didn't make any upgrades to the receiving corps and that the position is a major weakness. So the best-case scenario is that he isn't important at all.

Now on to the players who will have more of an impact.
