Dallas Cowboys (Pick No. 24): OT Tyler Guyton, Oklahoma

The Dallas Cowboys have a lot of holes to fill after several key players departed during the offseason.

While the Cowboys will likely use some draft capital to address their wide receiver and running back rooms, I see them addressing the offensive line in Round 1. With long-time starting left tackle Tyron Smith now with the New York Jets, Dallas could use a prospect like Oklahoma's Tyler Guyton.

Guyton is a mountain of a man, standing at 6-foot-8 and weighing 322 pounds. After two underwhelming seasons at TCU, the 22-year-old transferred to Oklahoma in 2022, and it didn't take long for him to use his impressive size to his advantage. He's played 546 passing downs over the last two years with the Sooners, allowing only 11 hurries, three QB hits, and a pair of sacks. What's even more impressive is that he didn't allow a single sack in 2023.

Guyton doesn't have the most experience due to his only being a starter for one year, but that doesn't mean he can't have NFL success. He has all the tools to become one of the league's top tackles and the Cowboys (as much as it pains Eagles fans to admit it) have done well at developing offensive line talent. It just makes too much sense for Dallas to roll the dice on the Oklahoma blocker and hope for the best.
