The NFL regular season is back and in full swing. On Friday, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers linked up in the first-ever NFL Game in Brazil.

This was a contest between NFC powerhouses and the Eagles came out with a 34-29 victory over the Packers.

It was a back-and-forth contest all game long but at the end of the matchup, Green Bay quarterback Jordan Love suffered a lower leg injury. With 12 seconds left in the game, Jalen Carter and Josh Sweat took down Love and his knee buckled.

He had to be helped off the field but after the game, Hurts made sure to check on Love.

Eagles News: Jalen Hurts Checked on Jordan Love After the Game

After the final whistle blew, Hurts was seen walking over to the Packers sideline to shake Love's hand, who was sitting down on the bench.

Both of these guys are two of the best young signal-callers in the league and came into the NFL together as part of the 2020 draft class.

They were going at it in this contest but the Eagles came out on top. Hurts went 20-of-34 for 278 passing yards with two passing touchdowns and two interceptions. As for Love, he finished the game 17-of-34 for 260 yards with two passing scores and one pick.

No matter who wins or loses, no one likes to see a competitor get hurt. That's why it was great to see Hurts go over to check in on Love after the game.

These two studs will likely be going head to head for the foreseeable future so just the effort of checking on him shows the kind of leader Philadelphia has in Hurts.
