Haason Reddick Sends NSFW Message to 49ers Ahead of Rematch
The Philadelphia Eagles are coming off of a thrilling Week 12 win over the Buffalo Bills in overtime. However, the NFC leaders won't get much time to soak in the victory with the San Francisco 49ers on tap next.
The bad blood between the Eagles and 49ers is obvious following their heated conference championship clash this past postseason. There's sure to be plenty of words exchanged ahead of this rematch, but Philadelphia EDGE Haason Reddick made sure to get the first message across before kickoff.

Right after defeating the Bills, Reddick was already putting the 49ers on notice. He said there was "a lot of boo hoos last year, a lot of crying" from San Francisco's side following the events of the NFC Championship Game." Now he wants to see them "line that [expletive] up and prove it."
Reddick is obviously setting the tone for what should be an intense showdown. Offseason talk from the 49ers certainly didn't help ease any tensions, as Kyle Shanahan's players are convinced they would've won if they didn't have quarterback health issues in the playoffs.
Well, it seems like Reddick and the rest of the Eagles are eager to see if they back that talk up. If San Francisco's team is as good as they think they are, then they should prove it in Week 13.
There's a ton at stake in this game aside from pride, however. The 49ers are now the No. 2 seed in the NFC at 8-3, and a win would suddenly put them right on the heels of the currently 10-1 Eagles. A loss for Philly, meanwhile, would be significant if they lose home-field advantage due to a tiebreaker at the end of the campaign.
Though this game is several days away, Eagles fans should get their popcorn ready for what should be plenty of trash talking throughout the week.
