The Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys have one of the most heated rivalries in the league. Even when they aren't playing one another, they are going at each other's throats.

That was the case following Week 3. The Eagles went into Caesars Superdome and defeated the Saints 15-12. Meanwhile, the Dallas Cowboys were losers again, falling 28-25 to the Baltimore Ravens.

After the Eagles victory, Chauncey Gardner-Johnson took a shot at New Orleans quarterback Derek Carr. In the locker room after the game, Gardner-Johnson said, "They ain't no contenders they're pretenders. They have Derek Carr, remember that."

This caused Dallas EDGE Micah Parsons to comment on that. In his podcast "The Edge with Micah Parsons," Parsons said, "I don't know who [C.J. Gardner-Johnson] thinks he is".

Gardner-Johnson then responds to that on social media.

It didn't take long for Gardner-Johnson to see Parsons' comments and tweeted out an answer.

"Fam the league knows who I am... You can check my track record and how I overcame a lot! Won a lot more playoff games than you too my guy."

This back-and-forth just continues to add more intrigue to an already heated rivalry. The Eagles and Cowboys' first matchup of the season takes place on Nov. 10 at AT&T Stadium.

Philadelphia hasn't been smooth sailing in the first three weeks, but they are 2-1 going into Week 4. Meanwhile, the Cowboys are struggling right now and sit at 1-2 after dropping two games in a row.

It would be in Parsons' best interest if he focused on what's happening in Dallas instead of Philadelphia.
