Eagles 2023 Schedule: Predicting the Score of Every Remaining Game

Week 15: Eagles @ Seahawks - Dec. 17th

Seattle is currently 6-3 and they happen to be the final team on the Eagles schedule with a winning record. Their last three weeks should be contests where they're heavily favored, so even if they do drop two games as they did in these predictions, they will be in great shape.

The Seahawks are 11-7 all-time against the Eagles with Philadelphia losing the past six contests against the franchise from the Pacific Northwest. They haven't beaten them since 2008 but in five of the last victories from Seattle, Russell Wilson was the quarterback. That's no longer the case as Geno Smith has taken over.

Smith deserves a ton of credit for being able to revive his career after Wilson was traded. He went from being a perennial backup to a starter in the playoffs. Again in 2023, he has his team on the right path as they'll be headed back to the postseason if they keep playing as they have in the first half of the year.

Having said all of that, this Eagles team is much better than most that have lost to Seattle — with the exception being in 2017. Throw in the fact that Smith is good but not going to carry a team and this feels like the right time to end that streak. Look for the Eagles defensive line to collapse on Smith all day as they force him into several mistakes in a lopsided win.
