Deebo Samuel Doubles Down on Eagles Trash Talk

There's no love lost between the Eagles and 49ers, and Deebo Samuel is doubling down on recent comments disparaging Philadelphia.
Following up on a report that Samuel called Eagles' cornerback James Bradberry "trash," the 49ers' star clarified that he did, in fact, mean to insult Bradberry.

Asked by reporters if he regretted his verbal attack on Bradberry, Samuel held firm. "I don't regret nothing I say" retorted the versatile offensive weapon.
San Francisco spent much of the offseason lamenting Brock Purdy's stunning injury near the beginning of last year's playoff showdown, desperate to prove the loss was a fluke. Now that Philadelphia sits atop the NFC with a 10-1 record with the 49ers close behind at 8-3, the Eagles have an opportunity to shut their rivals up once and for all.
For his part, Samuel has fought through injuries and only played in nine games, with stats falling well short of his standards. He's got 34 catches for 474 yards and a TD while adding 138 yards and three more scores on the ground, but his health is imperative to the 49ers' chances to win.
On the other side, Bradberry earned his first interception of the season in the Eagles' dramatic comeback win against the Bills on Sunday night.
