The Philadelphia Eagles have seen a long list of turnover this offseason. They changed coordinators on both sides of the ball, adding Kellen Moore and Vic Fangio to the mix. Jason Kelce and Fletcher Cox have both retired.

They then were aggressive early in free agency in adding talent. Philadelphia signed Saquon Barkley, Bryce Huff, and Chauncey Gardner-Johnson.

GM Howie Roseman also shipped out EDGE Haason Reddick to the New York Jets. Philly will look like a very different team in 2024 but some NFL executives aren't too high on them.

Mike Sando of the Athletic wrote a piece on NFL executives' unfiltered responses on free agency.

An unnamed exec said, "I just don’t know who they are. I think they lost their identity and lost their confidence. Teams say they want to build from the inside out, but you lost your two staple inside players in Kelce and Cox. Not only that, but those two guys were the culture guys. You lose those guys in a year when the head coach already has his back against the wall, I don’t see it ending well."

Those are some bold predictions for the Eagles' upcoming season but there's an overwhelming belief among Philly fans. This team was just in the Super Bowl two years ago and they reloaded this offseason to make another run.

This is arguably the most talented offense in the league while adding some new voices on the defensive sideline. Yes, things are going to look different but that doesn't automatically translate to things going left.

Regardless, the Eagles have one of the best rosters in the league and own a real shot of reaching Super Bowl LIX. They currently have the seventh-best odds in the NFL to win the whole thing at +1600.
