2. DJ Chark, WR

The Philadelphia Eagles were exposed last season with their lack of depth at the wide receiver position, and this is an area of the roster they should undoubtedly still be looking into.

Especially as the prices continue to go down (presumably) as the offseason progresses, finding bargain options on short-term deals at receiver would be in Philadelphia's best interests. We already saw them go after DeVante Parker, formerly of the New England Patriots, but that move doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

Parker is one of the worst receivers in the league, frankly, but he's almost guaranteed to be on the roster with a fully guaranteed salary over $4.6 million. The Eagles need to supplement that addition with some other players, and a speedy option like DJ Chark could make a lot of sense.

Chark has unfortunately been floating around the league the last couple of years due to injury, but he still had over 500 yards and five touchdowns last year for the Carolina Panthers. Perhaps in an offense like Philadelphia's those downfield contributions can give a little more bang for the buck. Chark is the type of player a team like Philadelphia should be targeting over someone like DeVante Parker.
