4. Milton Williams, DefensiveTackle

The Eagles defense has always had a great interior line. That continued in 2023 with Fletcher Cox, Jordan Davis, and rookie Jalen Carter serving as the primary weapons in the middle. Cox might be done as there are rumors he's considering retirement, but that would still leave the Eagles with Carter and Davis.

Both are insanely talented first-round picks who were also teammates at Georgia. They're also very young, so they will be the starters for years to come. Behind them is Milton Williams, a third-round pick from Louisiana Tech in 2021.

Williams has been a solid rotational player with 108 tackles and 6.5 sacks in three seasons. This past year, he was able to start 10 games for the Eagles and while he had a career-high 42 tackles, Williams finished with just 0.5 sacks.

Looking ahead to 2024, he's going to continue to be the No. 3 guy at best and could find himself getting even less time if Cox does decide to return for another season. Perhaps Williams is fine with that but he could also decide he wants to go somewhere he can compete for a starting role.

He won't get that shot with the Eagles, barring an injury, making him someone who could potentially look for a new home.
