2. Marquise Brown, WR, Cardinals

The Philadelphia Eagles are not currently in a position where they need to go out and acquire the biggest-name wide receiver possible. You see rumors thrown out there about guys like Mike Evans, but the Eagles don't need a "ball dominant" receiver.

By that, I mean that the Eagles don't need someone to come in at the wide receiver position and start stealing all of AJ Brown's targets. Or DeVonta Smith, for that matter. The Eagles could definitely look to upgrade in the speed department at wide receiver and a player like Marquise "Hollywood" Brown could make a ton of sense for them.

Hollywood Brown is the exact type of playmaker that would be ideal for the Eagles to add at the traded deadline because he's not going to break the bank in terms of the cost to acquire him, he doesn't require 12 targets to be effective, and he could really help open things up for the rest of the Eagles' targets in the passing game as well as in the running game.

Having a vertical threat like Brown in the lineup would open up this already dynamic offense even further.
