5. Justin Evans, S

The Eagles opened up the 21-day return window for safety Justin Evans on Thursday. The 28-year-old defender was a limited participant after landing on the injured reserve with a knee injured in early October.

Still, it isn't guaranteed that Evans will face the Chiefs. Even if he's feeling better, chances are that he isn't exactly 100% based on his limited practice availability. Philadelphia still has a few more weeks to fully activate the Wiggins, MS native, meaning there isn't a rush just yet.

It also isn't like Evans' absence has hindered the Eagles. The former 2017 second-rounder hasn't provided the best coverage, giving up 2 TDs and a 110.4 passer rating when targeted this season. Pro Football Focus ranks him 48th out of 88 safeties this year, highlighting just how below-average he's been.

Until Evans can log full participation, chances are it'll be at least another week before we see him on the field.
