4. Rashaad Penny, RB

Unfortunately for the Philadelphia Eagles and running back Rashaad Penny, this free agent signing doesn't appear to be working out. Penny has been inactive for the Eagles for most of this season, playing just nine offensive snaps so far after signing a $1.3 million deal with Philly in free agency.

Perhaps we'll see the Eagles release Penny soon and give him a change of scenery, or at least just let him hit free agency again and see if he can find playing time elsewhere. Right now, it doesn't appear Penny is going to be making an impact for the Eagles as trade rumors involving players like Derrick Henry have continued to get brought up.

Even if that isn't the case, Penny isn't stealing carries from D'Andre Swift or Kenneth Gainwell anytime soon.

5. Moro Ojomo, DL

This one is a bit of a risk considering the Philadelphia Eagles have activated Ojomo for a couple of games already this season, including as recently as just a couple of weeks ago against the New York Jets. With that being said, I think it's safe to project the seventh-round pick as an inactive player again this week for Philadelphia.

The only thing that might give you a little bit of pause here is the fact that Milton Williams was listed as a limited participant at practice with a heel injury. If he is able to ramp up as the week progresses, though, it's likely that Ojomo will remain on the inactive list.
