5. Brandon Graham

With there not being a lot of star power at the defensive end position in free agency, the Eagles are better off bringing back Brandon Graham for one more season.

After the Eagles lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last month in the Super Wild Card Weekend game, Graham told reporters that he wants to play one more season with the team and make it his “farewell tour.”

The veteran pass rusher’s production took a slight dip this season, posting 16 combined tackles, six quarterback hits, and three sacks. It was a stark contrast from what we saw from Graham in 2022 under Jonathan Gannon, where he had 11 sacks and 16 quarterback hits.

The Eagles will likely use some of their draft capital to address the defensive end spot, as they need some young talent to go with their young defensive linemen (Jalen Carter, Milton Williams, and Jordan Davis).

Graham might be slowing down, as he’ll be 36 years old when next season starts. However, his presence on the field and locker room is essential for an Eagles’ defense under new leadership with Fangio.
