4. Hunter Renfrow, WR, Las Vegas Raiders
There was a time when Hunter Renfrow was one of the more sure-handed receivers in the NFL. A fifth-round pick out of Clemson in 2019, Renfrow went for more than 600 yards in each of his first two seasons. Then in year three, he wound up making the Pro Bowl when he had 108 receptions for 1,038 yards and nine touchdowns.

Las Vegas rewarded him with a two-year extension worth $32 million ahead of the 2022 campaign but that's when he started to see a drop-off in production. Renfrow suffered a concussion and was sent to the IR, limiting him to just 10 games. He finished with just 36 receptions for 330 yards and two touchdowns but that was much better than the current pace he's on.
In six games this season, Renfrow has seen just nine targets and has six receptions for 59 yards. He's clearly fallen out of favor with Josh McDaniels but it wasn't that long ago when he was a premier slot receiver.
At 27 years of age, it's hard to think Renfrow is done in the NFL and the Eagles might be a good landing spot for him and they can use some help at the position. Quez Watkins was recently placed on the IR with a hamstring injury and Renfrow could be a decent replacement to give them some help outside of A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.
Not only could he be added for a late-round pick but the Raiders might be willing to pay some of his remaining salary as a way to move on.
