The Philadelphia Eagles arguably have the best wide receiver duo in the league. DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown will continue to be a devastating playmaking partnership for next season. Philly's receiver group behind those two, however, leaves plenty to be desired.

Parris Campbell currently has the inside track to be the WR3 to start the season. Rookies Ainias Smith and Johnny Wilson, return specialist Britain Covey, and reclamation project John Ross make up the rest of the rotation. That doesn't instill fear into opponent's hearts, to say the least.

Therefore, Eagles fans have been clamoring for another wide receiver addition. With free agent options limited and uninspiring this close to the regular season, GM Howie Roseman may have to turn to the trade market. Here are three receivers who may be available via a trade that the Eagles can acquire.

Adam Thielen, Carolina Panthers

One of the most inexplicable miracles in modern NFL history was 33-year-old Adam Thielen putting up 1,000+ yards for the 2023 Carolina Panthers. The veteran pass-catcher somehow had another dominant season even though he was on a miserable offensive ecosystem.

Thielen is obviously not the same player he was when he was with the Vikings. The good thing is that the Eagles don't need him to be that guy. He would be in a more reasonable role in Philadelphia as a WR3 instead of spending his final NFL years on the rebuilding Panthers.

Carolina got younger this offseason and brought in rookie Xavier Legette and traded for Diontae Johnson. They would presumably be interested in moving on from Thielen in exchange for a mid-round draft pick. The Eagles should seriously consider that potentially win-win exchange.
