2. Dylan McMahon, OL

While it happens sometimes, not many people expect Day 3 draft picks to crack an NFL roster in their first year. After all, they're usually taken that late because they need more time to develop, which is why Eagles fans were fine if Dylan McMahon — drafted 190th in April — took some time before becoming an impact player.

Having said that, it might not be long before the ex-North Carolina State blocker sees real playing time.

For starters, McMahon boasts one thing that coaches love — versatility. Although he's primarily a center, the former Wolfpack offensive lineman has experience playing snaps at both guard positions. In an NFL world when serious injuries can pop up at any moment, it's great to have a versatile player who can slot into multiple holes.

Secondly, McMahon is also receiving praise from both his coaches and even former Philadelphia players. The rookie center was said to have had "really good flashes" during May's OTAs and Eagles legend Jason Kelce has even offered to help mentor McMahon, which is about the highest form of praise you can get in the City of Brotherly Love.

Will McMahon be a starter as a rookie? Barring any serious injuries, probably not and that's okay. He has the tools to become an every-snap blocker one day and can start that journey this summer by having a strong camp. Having reliable depth is just as important as boasting impactful starters, after all, and his time at an expendable role will eventually come.

He might not replicate Kelce's career, however, McMahon's future is promising based off the little of him we've seen thus far.
