Stud: J.T. Realmuto

Stott wasn't the only Phillie to go yard on Wednesday, as Realmuto beat him to the punch.

With Philly leading 2-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Realmuto hit an absolute rocket into the left-field stands off David Robertson.

Man, that thing got out of here in a hurry.

Unfortunately no one was on base, but you can't control that as a hitter. Realmuto's run was a big one, giving Nola some extra cushion and setting the stage for Stott's blast later on.

Realmuto doubled in his first at-bat off of Braxton Garrett as well, so he was hitting the ball hard on Wednesday. Not many teams have catchers who hit the way he does, and the All-Star backstop showed why he's such a special player in Game 2.

Now that we've hit the stud, let's move on to the duds.
